  DESCRIPTION

This update resolves a security feature bypass vulnerability in the Network Location Awareness (NLA) feature found in some Windows operating system versions. When exploited successfully, the vulnerability could relax firewall policy or certain security services. The vulnerability in the NLA service is highlighted when it fails to validate if a domain-connected computer is connected to the domain or an untrusted network.
