DESCRIPTION
This security update addresses a vulnerability found in the implementation of the MSCOMCTL common controls library. Once exploited, remote attackers can bypass the Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) security feature, thus potentially opening the affected system to possible attacks leveraging vulnerabilities.
