  DESCRIPTION

This bulletin resolves a publicly disclosed vulnerability in the Microsoft Windows Ancillary Function Driver (AFD) that could allow elevation of privilege once an attacker logs on to a user's system and runs a malicious application. However, an attacker needs valid logon credentials and must be able to log on locally to successfully execute an attack.
