  DESCRIPTION

This patch addresses a vulnerability existing in all supported releases of Microsoft Windows with the exception of Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012. This vulnerability may allow elevation of privilege once an attacker executes a specially crafted application. Note, however, that for an attacker to exploits this, they must have a valid logon credentials and log locally.
