This Trojan is used to load and execute the following file:

  • {Malware Path}\{Random Character}.gz
  • {Malware Path}\{Random Character}.exe -> detected as Coinminer.Win64.MALXMR.SMCGR26

It does the following:

  • Injects Shellcode Into A Process
  • Capable of the following:
    • Loading of a DLL or EXE in to memory of a remote process reflectively
    • Destroy MZ Header of PE File to avoid detection
