  DESCRIPTION

This update addresses a vulnerability in Microsoft XML Core Services 3.0 in several Windows operating systems. To successfully use this vulnerability, an attacker must lure an intended victim to open a webpage hosting the exploit. Once exploited, the attacker can read files on a local computer.
