  DESCRIPTION

This security update addresses a vulnerability found existing in Microsoft Windows. Once this vulnerability is successfully exploited, it could allow elevation of privilege when a remote attacker logs on to the system and runs a specially crafted application. In addition, it could run arbitrary code on a target system with elevated privileges. Note that an attacker must have valid logon credentials and be able to log on locally to exploit the vulnerability.
