FTP Server Does Not Support AUTH Command

DESCRIPTION
FTP servers supports the AUTH command, which provides enhanced authentication options such as TLS, Kerberos, GSSAPI etc. This should be used to prevent eavesdropping on FTP connections. This rule identifies if FTP server does not support AUTH command.
