This Trojan accesses the following websites to download files:
- http://{BLOCKED}p.{BLOCKED}withcertainty.com/2G1s04.exe
- http://www.{BLOCKED}nvest.de/D7a9VQxT.exe
- http://{BLOCKED}n.com/0MV9v.exe
- http://{BLOCKED}-now.org/1ymUCGXf.exe
It saves the files it downloads using the following names:
- %User Temp%\{RANDOM_NUMBERS}.exe
(Note: %User Temp% is the current user's Temp folder, which is usually C:\Documents and Settings\{user name}\Local Settings\Temp on Windows 2000, XP, and Server 2003, or C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Local\Temp on Windows Vista and 7.)

NOTES:
It will also download a batch file in %User Temp%\{RANDOM_NUMBER}.bat that will delete the malicious file afterwards.
SOLUTION
Step 1
Before doing any scans, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 users must disable System Restore to allow full scanning of their computers.
Step 2
Scan your computer with your Trend Micro product and note files detected as TSPY_FAREIT.QEP
Step 3
Delete this registry value
