Other Details

This Backdoor does the following:

  • Tries to Download a file with connection title “CoinGoTrade 1.0 (Check Update Osx)”
  • If download is successful, saves the downloaded file in “/private/tmp/updatecoingotrade”
  • Executes downloaded file
  • If download fails, tries to delete “private/tmp/updatecoingotrade”
  • Will periodically repeat this routine
  • This file is usually included in a malicious pkg file
