Step 1

Before doing any scans, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 users must disable System Restore to allow full scanning of their computers.

Step 2

Close all opened browser windows

Step 3

Scan your computer with your Trend Micro product to delete files detected as BREX_FEBIPOS.OKZ. If the detected files have already been cleaned, deleted, or quarantined by your Trend Micro product, no further step is required. You may opt to simply delete the quarantined files. NOTES:

Kindly perform this step before proceeding to Step 2:

Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.

1. Click Tools.

2. Select Extensions.

3. Find Picture in Picture HD 0.3.1

4. Click the Remove from Chrome button and confirm the removal.
