Installation
This Trojan drops the following files:
- %Start Menu%\Programs\VIRTUAL DESKTOP\DESKTOPLOADER.LNK
- %Start Menu%\Programs\VIRTUAL DESKTOP\DESKTOP README.LNK
- %Program Files%\FREE-SOFT\VIRTUAL DESKTOP\UNINSTALL.EXE
(Note: %Program Files% is the default Program Files folder, usually C:\Program Files.)

Terminate the malware/grayware/spyware process:

Search and delete these files

- %Program Files%\FREE-SOFT\VIRTUAL DESKTOP\UNINSTALL.EXE
Note: To do a search for the following files, right-click Start then click Search... or Find..., depending on the version of Windows you are running. For each file to be deleted, type its file name in the Named input box. In the Look In drop-down list, select My Computer, then press Enter.
Step 4
Restore this file from backup Only Microsoft-related files will be restored. If this malware/grayware/spyware also deleted files related to programs that are not from Microsoft, please reinstall those programs on your computer again.
