This Trojan arrives on a system as a file dropped by other malware or as a file downloaded unknowingly by users when visiting malicious sites.
NOTES:
It displays a fake MSN Messenger application. If the user enters the username and password, it will be send to the following URL:
- http://{BLOCKED}7.{BLOCKED}7.146.149:102/m0rpheus/morpheus2010/m2010.php?usar=msn&v=M&de=http://iniciar-sesion.no-ip.info:85/msn.htm
This routine risks the exposure of the user's account information, which may then lead to the unauthorized use of the stolen data.

Step 1
For Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 users, before doing any scans, please make sure you disable System Restore to allow full scanning of your computer.
Step 2
Close all opened browser windows
Step 3
Scan your computer with your Trend Micro product to delete files detected as HTML_MORPHE.DBN. If the detected files have already been cleaned, deleted, or quarantined by your Trend Micro product, no further step is required. You may opt to simply delete the quarantined files.
