Backdoor Routine
This Trojan connects to any of the following IRC server(s):
- {BLOCKED}.{BLOCKED}.209.84:443
It joins any of the following Internet Relay Chat (IRC) channels:
- #new ddosit
It executes the following commands from a remote malicious user:
- op - Grant a user an operator status
- tcpflooder - Perform TCP flooding
- httpflooder - Perform HTTP flooding
- join - Join a channel
- deop - Revoke a user's operator status
- part - Leave a channel
- portscan - Scan an IP address for specific ports
- msg - send message

SOLUTION
Scan your computer with your Trend Micro product to delete files detected as PERL_SHELLBOT.BO. If the detected files have already been cleaned, deleted, or quarantined by your Trend Micro product, no further step is required. You may opt to simply delete the quarantined files.
