I use it in computers for myself, wife, and an older brother and sister whose equipment I take care of. Since I've been using the product to protect their equipment, I've had no problems with calls from them saying there was a problem (such as the time my brother's pc was locked out for ransom). This product was recommended to me by a friend years ago.

Rated 4 out of 5 by why do you care from Good protection Your product if fine...your instructions for installation is completely incorrect. Has anybody read these instructions and followed them? Going on line it says sorry not available. Nothing about how to install a purchased product. I finally got thur to a person who was great and in a few seconds had it installed. But no thanks to your installation instructions which was frustrating to me....How can you allow this to continue.---- Yes I had the same problem last year....Why does this continue? Your product is great as I have used it for the past several years....Installation instructions stink..........PLease do something about this ASAP

It does alert me when something bad tries to get into the computer. I am happy I have this product on my computers. One suggestion would be to make the website easier to use to update customer information. Thank you.

I have used a number of other AV programs in the past including a lengthy subscription to NIS. These other programs weren't as easy to use and configure as this one is. Also, this tends to "stay out of my way". Uses very few resources and "just works".

I have never had my computers infected with any kind of malware while using Trend Micro. I've had problems, but they all were Microsoft Windows related. I've built most of my computers myself, and read lots of computer news. Trend Micro has been credited with several malware discoveries in news articles. In my opinion Norton, McAfee, and other expensive programs are way overpriced. Go with Trend Micro and your computer will be protected while you save some dollars!

Was my resubscription just a trial? My emails indicate that my current subscription expires in 2024. Please stop sending out subscribing emails soliciting me to buy a product that I already have.
