I like how non-invasive Trend Micro is, even though they are doing scans, etc. It doesn't seem to slow my computer down. I had a competitor before and they hounded me trying to upsell. etc.

I just renewed for an additional two years; that’s the confidence I have in Trend Micro.

My subscription includes up to three devices so I installed it on my laptop and then installed it on my wife's P.C. After the installation on my wife's P.C. I received a notice that the subscription on my laptop wouldn't work because I had too many devices for the subscription. I call the toll-free number and was able to resolve the problem but there was a language issue with the representative that I spoke with and the situation took much longer than I anticipated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lenovo 1 from Online Trend Micro Internet Security had done the unthinkable! Bought a TM internet security serial number from a reputable walk in retailer. The online automation did the right accommodation for the Windows 7 software to accept the new serial number that was a misfit my application. The store purchased serial number was intended for Mac and Windows 10 and 11 that was not applicable. I'm so relieved that everything had worked out for him. No extra funds paid either.

Operating quietly, efficiently and "behind the scenes" I feel confident that I have the best protection I can get. So far, Trend Micro has been alert and vigilant; and I have had no problems with anything that has invaded or contaminated my equipment. I'm glad to have them on the job.
