You are better off changing to another internet security than to try and navigate installation of a continuing program with Trend. Also, there is absolutely no telephone support…zero. Their response is to figure it out on your own.

At another location I have a desktop I would love to get in the program. I have had trend for the past few years and I'm not sure the 2 computers have been unable to find where on your site I can enter the ID for the desktop and have it linked up. I have already downloaded the software to the desktop, just can't get it signed up and your HELP tabs have been no help at all

So I canceled auto renewal and purchased the amount of protection I needed. I would like auto renewal to just renew what product I already have in place. Thank you.
