Rated 5 out of 5 by Scubaduba from The Best Userfriendly Antivirus/Malware Download For Seniors Using Windows7 Since its inception in 2001, TrendMicro HouseCall has been a userfriendly interface for my Windows 95/98 Midtower and laptop OS needs when I thought my system was running slow. Along comes Vista/Windows 7 OS, with its Defender program, but I needed something like TrendMicro AntiVirus+Security program to replace Microsoft Windows 7 Defender since there is no longer support or updates for this OS. I'm currently only using laptop with TrendMicro AntiVirus+Security running under Windows 7 OS and recently inherited my wifes Windows 10 laptop which I'm currently learning. I'm a longtime TrendMicro supporter and fan. I am completely satisfied with your AntiVirus+Security product. Thank you. Brad, Gold Canyon, Arizona

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rondo from Trend micro Have used Trend Micro for 6 years. It has always worked good. Does not always notice scam sites. I got scammed and later looked up company. Everryone had said it was a scam site. Optimizer does not show up after a scan. Do not know if I have this feature or not.

After my first installation of Trend I was satisfied with my service, but when it expired I was given free Antiivirus & Security from work. Well I am now retired and went back to Trend for good!

He installed your system. I tried to find operating instructions to no avail. I hope your system is doing what is supposed to do. One of the first things a new user should find is what is necessary to keep a myriad of invaders from compromising the computer. The Emails I received up front didn't help me "live with your system". Please make it easier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Arnold from Just Had to Do It I had been using the Trend Micro free House Call online for years after dropping the company's costly and slow anti-virus some time ago. But then, just after the first of the year, House Call became unavailable for some reason. It had been years, so I figured it couldn't hurt to try the antivirus again. It slowed down my computer again, but not as badly as it had been back in the day. I'm running Win 10 Home, which is relatively quick, but where the slowing down was noticeable was on Facebook - it takes up to ten seconds for the Trend Micro software to do its thing before Facebook comes up. Of course, this is where the software does its heavy lifting. Even though it's inconvenient, I'm gonna keep it!

We owned a business which we no longer owned so wanted to downgrade our need. Our first message was replied to immediately by the normal 'just click here to download your renewal and follow the easy steps...'. I persisted with a new message and each time I responded to their new message, my concerns were answered within the day. We came to an agreement that worked well for us. Thank you Trend Micro!
