Be careful as they will continue charging you after you cancel your subscription then they are impossible to contact to rectify. Worst company, worst experience!

IT WAS A MISTAKE ON THEIR PART. I WAS TOLD NO REFUND EVEN THOUGH THEY MADE THE MISTAKE. tHEN WE TRIED TO GET IT RIGHT. i JUST LOOKED AT MY RECENT CHARGE CARD AND I WAS CHARGED 2 TIMES FOR THE SAME THING. i AM EXHAUSTED TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE TO TALK TO ABOUT ALL THIS.

The only issue I have is it always takes two or three tries install it. I run into problems such as "it's already installed" or the installer .exe is the wrong one. After installation it's fine.

I won't recommend the product because the price was changed after billing. And I had year left on my plan that got some year ago left on my plan and I had to buy a new to get my updates.

I used another anti-virus software once, (won't mention the name but rhymes with Morton), and it constantly would interrupt me with advertisements and offers for expensive updates - very annoying.

They added Trend Micro which I had never used before. After the subscuription expired this year, I purchased a new subscription. It's very unobtrusive and does what it's supposed to do.
