Description
Microsoft GDI is prone to a denial-of-service vulnerability when processing a malformed PNG file.
A remote attacker can exploit this issue to cause an infinite loop, which will consume processing resources, denying service to legitimate users.
GDI+ in Microsoft Windows XP SP3 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (infinite loop) via a PNG file that contains a certain large btChunkLen value.
