TrendAI ™ Names Ingram Micro and Arrow Electronics as Pan-European DSOR Partners
New dual-distributor model prepares TrendAI's European partner community to serve the AI and cloud security market, giving partners a simpler route to deliver more capability, not just more product
Cork, 3 September 2026 - TrendAI™, the enterprise AI cybersecurity company, today announced the formal designation of Ingram Micro and Arrow Electronics as its Pan-European Distribution Seller of Record (DSOR) partners. The dual-distributor framework gives resellers and service providers across Europe a consistent route to market for the full TrendAI platform portfolio, built on TrendAI Vision One™, and positions TrendAI's partner community to meet growing enterprise demand for AI-native security capabilities.
The designation follows TrendAI's rebranding from Trend Micro's enterprise cybersecurity division in March 2026, reflecting the company's increased focus on AI-driven threat detection and security operations. It also comes at an important time for the channel. Industry analysts expect partners to capture an increasing share of enterprise software spend through hyperscaler marketplaces over the next two years, with AI-native security presenting a significant opportunity for partners.
“This launch is about equipping our partners to compete and grow in a market that is evolving rapidly,” said Christina Decker, VP Channels Europe at TrendAI. “The AI and cloud security market is being shaped right now, including through the marketplace models that are increasingly influencing how customers buy technology. Partners that can act with agility, technically, commercially and operationally, will be best positioned to capture new opportunities and strengthen their customer relationships as the market develops. Our aim is to ensure our partners are ready to respond with confidence and build lasting value for their customers.”
Through the collaboration, TrendAI is giving channel partners direct access to opportunities in the enterprise AI cybersecurity and cloud market, while reducing the complexity of managing multiple vendors and tools. Partners can build, price and deliver TrendAI's full portfolio through Ingram Micro or Arrow via AWS Marketplace, freeing up time and resources to invest in the technical and commercial skills needed to sell AI-native security outcomes rather than manage transactions.
The DSOR model authorises Ingram Micro and Arrow to act as seller of record on TrendAI's behalf, managing billing and extending offers directly to customers. This simplifies procurement and invoicing, while allowing partners to use the distributors' existing customer relationships and billing infrastructure rather than having to build that capability themselves.
By appointing two distributors rather than one, TrendAI is also giving partners a choice while maintaining pan-European coverage. For customers, the model provides a simpler route to purchasing TrendAI solutions, with clear accountability for the transaction.
Alongside the distribution designation, TrendAI is launching a joint partner readiness programme with Ingram Micro and Arrow. It will focus on three areas: AWS co-sell and Marketplace private-offer proficiency; technical readiness to position AI-native and agentic security solutions; and go-to-market alignment across pricing, packaging and enablement.
The programme is designed to help partners move beyond reselling and build sustainable AI security practices of their own.
Analyst firm Omdia (formerly Canalys) forecasts that partners will capture half of all spending through hyperscaler marketplaces by 2027, with distribution expected to play an increasingly important role in that shift. TrendAI's DSOR designation and partner readiness programme are designed to put partners in a stronger position to capture that opportunity as the market develops.
“We are pleased to expand our relationship with TrendAI across Europe at a time when AI-driven security represents one of the most significant growth opportunities in the channel”, said Matt Sanderson, EVP, Global Group President EMEA for Ingram Micro. “By combining TrendAI's unified platform with Ingram Micro's reach, marketplace expertise and enablement capabilities, we help partners move faster, expand their security practices and build scalable AI security businesses that deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.”
“Designated Seller of Record is a marketplace go-to-market model that creates value for vendors, channel partners and end customers by opening additional routes to market, enabling scalable business growth and making it easier for customers to access and consume the cybersecurity solutions they need,” said Mike Worby, Head of Strategic Alliances at Arrow's enterprise computing solutions business in EMEA. “Becoming a DSOR partner is the natural next step in our long-standing and successful collaboration with TrendAI.”
The agreement spans TrendAI's major European markets and aligns go-to-market activity, pricing frameworks and partner enablement resources across the region.
