Since implementing Trend Vision One, this software provider has improved their visibility and now, has actionable insights into potential security issues. “We see a lot of value with the executive dashboards available within the Trend Vision One console to share critical data with senior leadership during board meetings,” their senior security architect says, noting that this improved visibility came in handy recently when another company’s high-profile security incident prompted extra vigilance. “Using the Trend Vision One dashboard, we were able to manage risk over the weekend, which was a massive benefit to me and our executives. I could provide a quick risk analysis to the executives without it becoming a burden.”

These insights are also made possible by ASRM capabilities. “We have been using ASRM for the past several months and hope to accelerate the use of that feature in the future,” notes the organisation’s senior security architect. “The improved insights provided by ASRM allow us to better prioritise our efforts. We take the information we get, triage it through the infosec team, and then determine our priorities.”

The next priority for this globally present software provider is network detection and response (NDR)—a solution which they plan to have Trend implement for their east-west traffic. The company will also be relying on Trend to help them create and manage 24/7 SOC security coverage.
