When Senior Network Manager at Step2, Tom Petkoff, began expanding the company’s security posture for their endpoints, he considered their existing partnership with TrendAI™, based on years of security protection at the server and email layers. TrendAI™ solutions, services, and support have freed up a significant amount of time for Petkoff and his team. “With other solutions, I would spend approximately 30 hours a week researching and remediating anytime we got a warning or a potential threat. Now that we’re partnering with [TrendAI™], you’re giving me back 30 hours in a week,” Petkoff adds.
With a strengthened security posture, Petkoff and his team can now concentrate on other opportunities, such as expanding the company’s security to help address emerging threats. “If I were spending all my time on these conventional threats, like phishing attacks and ransomware, I would not be concentrating on the higher priorities like threats from AI. “We have many machine monitoring systems, security cameras, handheld devices, and printers that can’t be monitored with endpoint agents.
