Victorian Partner Wins Trend Micro ‘Switch & Win’ Channel Promotion and New Car
SYDNEY, 10 November 2015 – Trend Micro today announced that Kate Treacey from Melbourne-based channel partner, Kevcom, has won its 2015 ‘Switch & Win’ channel promotion and drove away in a brand new Nissan Micra valued at AU$15,000.
Kate earned the highest number of Switch & Win points when she transacted the most Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security Solutions across Worry-Free new, additional and crossgrade sales.
The Trend Micro Switch & Win promotion, which ran from 16 March to 30 September, attracted 224 individuals from 205 resellers across Australia and New Zealand into the program.
“Congratulations to Kate Treacey from Kevcom who was the winner of our Trend Micro Switch & Win promotion and the proud owner of a new car," said Indi Siriniwasa, enterprise sales and channel director for Trend Micro Australia and New Zealand. “We are so pleased to be able to reward Kate and recognise the hundreds of other hard working and successful channel partners across Australia and New Zealand helping to make their small business customers secure every day."
The Trend Micro Switch & Win promotion was the company’s largest incentive program to date and aimed to encourage its existing channel partners and the broader channel community to work together to help small businesses secure their IT systems.
The promotion was open to all Trend Micro Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Partners. Organisations that were not existing Trend Micro channel partners simply needed to join the Trend Micro Partner Program to be in the running. To enter, channel partners received points on all Trend Micro Worry-Free orders placed on authorised Trend Micro distributors.
