HKBN teamed up with Trend Micro to Launch Hong Kong’s First All-in-one Home Gateway*

[Hong Kong, November 28, 2018] Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (“HKBN”) teamed up with Trend Micro, a global leader in cybersecurity solutions, to launch Hong Kong’s first all-in-one Home Gateway*, which brings together 2Gbps bandwidth on a single fibre broadband network, home network security, parental control, home Wi-Fi and telephone service in one easy-to-use device.  Home Gateway delivers a new paradigm in protection for all devices connected to the home network via its “HKBN HomeGuard - Network Security”, bringing enterprise-level network security into homes.  It provides added peace of mind with “HKBN HomeGuard - Parental Control”, a feature designed to help parents flexibly manage and monitor children’s online activities. HKBN’s all-new 2Gbps fibre broadband bundle (with Home Gateway)** will be available starting 29 November 2018.
