Rather than training on customer data, Trend Companion incorporates our proprietary threat intelligence, security research, and expert knowledge to provide accurate, contextual guidance for cybersecurity operations.
Does it use third-party LLMs?
Trend Companion's underlying architecture leverages a diverse set of LLMs and other AI technologies, including third-party models and proprietary AI technologies.
Will my personal data be sent to third-party LLMs?
No. Trend Companion has filters in place to replace or remove common types of personal data from prompts, such as names and email addresses, before an LLM processes the prompts.
How long does Trend Companion store my conversations?
Trend retains the conversation records with Trend Companion for up to 30 days. If your conversation exceeds 500 prompts within 30 days, Trend Micro deletes the earliest prompts beyond 500.
