It arrives as a dropped file of another malware.

It also arrives with the following files:

  • %System%\Drivers\allide1.sys
  • %Windows%\inf\iddr022.pnf - TROJ_DUQU.CF

The .SYS file is responsible in decrypting and loading TROJ_DUQU.EN. The result of this routine is a .DLL file detected by Trend Micro as TROJ_DUQU.DEC.
