Rated 4 out of 5 by Undecided from No Human operators to connect with to straighten out issues which arise. Had major issues installing Trend anti-virus purchased through my internet service provider. Problem was due to a previous expired subscription purchased through Best Buy. The installation was blocked with a dialog box stating, "Too many subscriptions". Other than Chat there is no way to connect with a live human at Trend to explain the problem. Trend Chat put the blame on Best Buy claiming that Trend had no control over the subscription. Tech support at Best Buy, which I was able to contact by phone, put the Blame on Trend, and said that they could not delete the old account. Neither Trend nor Best Buy would take responsibility for removing the old account in order for me to install the new Trend Anti-virus. Upon the advice of the Tech at my ISP and Trend Chat I installed the anti-virus directly from Trend Micro. I'm still not please with lack of resolution to the problem with installation.
