The new board members, Hiroyuki Nakanishi and Toshihiro Watanabe, were elected as directors at Trend Micro's annual shareholders' meeting held today. Nakanishi also serves as the head of Trend Micro's Management Department, and Watanabe also serves as the head of Trend Micro's New Business Department and Sales and Marketing Department.
