It attempts to access the URL http://{hosted site}/?c=RaEdMCsEyD9o2pcO17KNED++ne2mVXnHy4mjwXhRf8nAluVQznWWinHO1wFBiRpfsWVOwr9LK5bkhQ==. It accesses the URL to download a possibly malicious file.
