This grayware comes with an uninstall package. Uninstalling it compeletely removes all its dropped files and all its created registry keys and entries.
This grayware creates the following registry entries to add an Uninstall option in the Control Panel:

SOLUTION
Step 1
Before doing any scans, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 users must disable System Restore to allow full scanning of their computers.
Step 2
Identifying the Spyware Files
- Scan your computer with your Trend Micro Anti-Spyware product.
- Note the path and file name of all files detected as HKTL_CAIN.
Trend Micro Anti-Spyware customers need to download the latest anti-spyware pattern file before scanning their computer. Other users can use Housecall, the Trend Micro online threat scanner.
Step 3
Terminate a process file/s detected as HKTL_CAIN
*Note: If the detected file/s is/are not displayed in theWindows Task Manager, continue doing the next steps.

Restart in Safe Mode

Delete this registry value

Step 6
Restart in normal mode and scan your computer with your Trend Micro product for files detected as HKTL_CAIN. If the detected files have already been cleaned, deleted, or quarantined by your Trend Micro product, no further step is required. You may opt to simply delete the quarantined files. NOTES:
Before proceeding to Step 4, use the Grayware Uninstall Option:
- Click Start>Settings>Control Panel.
- Double-click on Add/Remove Programs.
- In the displayed list, choose the following program:
Cain & Abel v4.9.25 - Click on Change/Remove.
- Follow the instructions on the dialog box that appears.
- Close the Add/Remove Programs window, and the Control Panel window
