System and Network Requirements

  • At least 50MB of free disk space on the security server, for the Remote Manager Agent
  • Security server must have Worry-Free Business Security Advanced 5.0, Worry-Free Business Security Standard 5.0, Client Server Security for SMB 3.5 or later, or Client Server Messaging Security for SMB 3.5 or later
  • Active Internet connection
  • Microsoft™ Internet Explorer™ 7, Internet Explorer™ 8, and Firefox 6 and above
  • No pop-up blockers
  • Security level for trusted sites set to Medium
  • Trusted sites should include the Remote Manager URL
