Vantage members have access to the Trend Micro Rewards Program, sales training, Not-For-Resale (NFR) products, and the opportunity to grow within the partner program. You also get free access to Worry-Free™ Remote Manager to manage all your Worry-Free customers through a single web-based portal.

There is no minimum sales quota for this level of partnership, however, all partners must have a relationship with an authorized distributor, such as Fine Tec, Ingram Micro, Interwork, Tech Data, or Westcon.

VantageONE Partner

This Trend Micro partnership level is intended to reward you for your success with Trend Micro and continue helping you grow your business.

The benefit to your company would be additional margin opportunities and the ability to participate in other exclusive programs specifically for VantageONE partners, in addition to the benefits of Vantage-level partnership. Partners must have a security practice in place and agree to lead with recommendations of Trend Micro solutions, as well as complete assigned on-demand training certifications.

Program Benefits and Requirements

SecureONE Partner

The top-tier SecureONE level is reserved for members that have made a substantial investment in Trend Micro and the future direction of their security practices.

SecureONE members receive 100% of Trend Micro's attention in field support and have priority access to lead distribution, confidential information and Deal Registration. Additional resources such as escalation technical support, a dedicated Channel Development Manager and Sales Development Funds are also included benefits. Higher level Trend Micro certification for on-staff engineers and security professionals is required.

MSP (Managed Service Provider) Partner

The Trend Micro MSP program is available to Vantage, VantageONE or SecureONE level partners.

As a Trend Micro MSP you have the flexibility of pay-as-you-grow licensing and pricing models, targeted at the high-touch MSP partners buying in the US through Ingram Micro or Tech Data. Canadian partners may use Interwork Canada or Tech Data Canada. Simply sell and claim new Trend Micro licenses to earn cash on a reloadable Visa® Prepaid card.

Partner Sales Representatives can earn 5% today, payable up to the first 750 users. Additional quarterly bonuses can accelerate your Rewards even further. Once you’re a registered partner you can immediately start claiming eligible sales for that month during the available claim period.

The Trend Micro Rewards Program is limited to eligible Vantage, VantageONE, and SecureONE Partners only. Trend Micro National Retailers and Direct Marketing Resellers are not eligible to participate in the Trend Micro Rewards Program.

Trend Micro has an innovative way for partners to manage and monitor all of their Worry-Free™ Business Security customers through one integrated web-based console.

Our Worry-Free Remote Manager keeps you connected to your customers and helps increase profitability by reducing the costs of servicing customers as your business grows. This product is free to all Trend Micro partners offering Worry-Free security products to their customers.

The Education and Certification Program is integrated into the Partner Portal and allows quick access to this complimentary training program.

Get up to speed fast on the products and technology from Trend Micro you will be selling most. For the on-the-go professional, we also offer the flexibility for you to view most training modules using your mobile device. This way you can learn the information when it is most convenient and then take exams from your computer as you work toward certification. Newly added and in-depth Tech-TV podcasts are also great for engineers who are responsible for the initial installation and administration of Trend Micro’s strategic solutions.

Not-For-Resale Software

Complimentary Not-For-Resale software for partners to use in their internal & lab testing environments is available through the Partner Portal.

On-Demand Marketing

Trend Micro On-Demand Marketing provides turn-key marketing campaign solutions for channel partners to drive more sales opportunities.
