I participated in Trend Micro’s Certification Program in IT Security (CPITS), receiving in-depth training on Linux, Trend Micro™ Deep Security™, Trend Micro Apex One™, AWS, and advanced threats.
The 10-week training helped me identify the intriguing field of threat intelligence and specifically red team scenarios as I wanted to focus on cybersecurity. It’s very interesting to see the tactics that malicious actors deploy and the lengths they’ll go to harm people and companies.
This program also taught me more about myself and how to maneuver professional relationships. College didn’t teach me much of the material that I learned here, including half of what I know now about collaborating with people.
