Welcome to our Education and Certification offering which is comprised of our official Trend Micro� Security Education Program (TSEP) covering admin, support and sales tracks with associated certification in the end and our Quick Learning Offering which is composed of modules designed for our channel partners that have limited time to dedicate to learning.

QUICK LEARNING OFFERING

As part of our Quick Learning we provide a selection of introductory modules that cover threat-specific knowledge, business models or technology. We also offer a selection of solution and product-oriented training modules related to one particular solution. Additionally we offer a selection of modules for vertical solutions which are organized by industry.

All modules are designed as self-paced eLearning and are very short (up to 10 minutes in duration) in order to accommodate your busy schedule. All modules include a short quiz add the end so you can challenge yourself and test your knowledge.

In order to take advantage of our Quick Learning offering please sign up in our Learning Management System. You will need to enter a CODE on the first page of registration.

TREND MIRCO� SECURITY EDUCATION PROGRAM (TSEP)

The Trend Micro� Security Education Program (TSEP) is a certification program designed to provide quality training to our partners and end users who want to remain on the cutting edge of internet content security. In order to take participate in our TSEP please sign up in our Learning Management System to see the class schedule and do online examination.

TSEP starts with a foundation course (Partners only) that is a prerequisite and has to be passed once in order to participate in any other certification level. TSEP is composed of sales certification designed to qualify resellers as well as technical product certification tailored to meet the needs of administrators and security or support engineers. End user customers would consider following the technical certification path. Not all offerings may be available in every country.

Trend Micro� Certified Antivirus Professional (TCAP) - APAC region only
TCAP certification indicates that an individual has a detailed working knowledge of how Trend Micro deals with the latest virus infection. Find out more.
